VIC8000 automatically measures the DC characteristics of contact IC cards and processes data encoded by the command file.
ATR waveform monitoring is also possible — just by inserting an IC card into the tester.
The results are automatically output. When embedded in the production line, VIC8000 measures 1 to 32 channels at once and judges each IC card as PASS or FAIL.
